This includes quenching and cooling to enhance its strength and toughness, and to ensure its ability to withstand extreme operating conditions.

The A193 B7 thread rods are usually used in combination with the A194 2H hexagonal nuts. One stud is used with two A194 2H heavy hex nuts. Both stud bolts and nuts are heated. When used together, the combination of A193 B7 stud bolts and A194 2H nuts form a reliable fasten system.

To increase the corrosion resistance of the stud bolts, Aoke can provide A193 B7 stud bolts with PTFE surface. The Salt spray of B7 stud bolts with PTFE can meet 1000 hours. Another advantage of B7 studs with teflon xylan is to judge the installation period based on the different colors of PTFE.
