The solar aluminum rail connectors are made of AL6063 T5 or AL6005 T5 to connect the aluminum rail profile. The production process is as follows.
1. Put the aluminum round bar into the squeeze machine, squeeze out the mold, and immediately cool out, and quickly cool down.
2. Straighten, the newly squeezed aluminum profile is soft, it will bend and deform, and the straight machine is needed.
3. The heat treatment is to increase the strength of the aluminum profile by heating to a certain temperature.
4. Sand spray, aluminum brackets are sent to the sandblasting machine for surface sandblasting. The surface of the solar border after sandblasting can form a matte effect on the surface of the aluminum profile.
5. Anodic oxidation, solar aluminum bracket surface anode oxidation to make the frame more corrosive.
6. Cut according to the custom length.
7. The aluminum bracket is rushed to install the hole, the ground logo, and the rivet point.
8. Assemble, connect the aluminum connector and the slider aluminum nuts with the DIN912 hexagonal socket screws.
