Jiaxing Aoke Hardware Receives Swiss Client to Visit Our Factory to Promote Projects

On October 23, a client delegation from Switzerland visited the cooperative manufacturing base of Jiaxing Aoke Hardware. They conducted an on-site inspection of the Cabineo screw and supporting connecting component project, and carried out comprehensive technical alignment covering precision stamping, fastener forming, dimensional matching, reliability testing, sample verification, mass delivery and supply chain coordination. Both sides confirmed sample milestones, test standards and mass production roadmap, and reached multiple consensus on integrated supporting cooperation.

The delegation toured the sample showroom, precision stamping workshop, fastener forming area, mold development zone and physical and chemical testing laboratory. They focused on the Cabineo screw production line, thread rolling procedures, salt spray and mechanical testing equipment. The client learned about the full-process control of fasteners from incoming raw material inspection, forming and machining, surface treatment to final inspection, and verified our control capacity for dimensional accuracy, torque stability and batch consistency of Cabineo screws on site.

After the tour, both parties held a dedicated technical meeting. Our technical team introduced our integrated service capacity: low-volume pilot production, simultaneous development of stampings and fasteners, and supply chain sourcing support, to meet client requirements for product consistency and flexible order delivery. We help avoid risks such as assembly interference and dimensional mismatch at the source, and deliver complete process optimization solutions.
